I had been looking to buy a Mustang for a long time. During my search, I found a few dealers with Mustangs that I was interested in, but my experience with Mr. Patrick at McGovern Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram was completely different. I asked Patrick many questions about the Mustang and wanted to know everything about the car. Instead of simply telling me the basic information, Patrick went above and beyond. He made a couple of great videos for me, which helped me get a much better idea about the car and gave me confidence in my decision to buy it. Patrick stayed in touch with me throughout the entire process and always responded to my texts right away. My schedule was very busy, so sometimes it was difficult for me to talk during normal business hours. One Sunday at around 9 PM, I called Patrick to ask about the car, and he answered the phone and spent time talking with us about the Mustang, even though it was his weekend. That really showed me how much he cared about helping me. Patrick also explained the estimated monthly payment and costs clearly, which made it much easier for me to make my decision. He prepared me for everything I needed before I traveled from New York to Massachusetts to purchase the car. When we arrived at the dealership, all of our paperwork and administrative work was already prepared. The entire process was quick, smooth, and very professional. Patrick also helped me with questions about insurance, and even after the purchase, he has continued to help me with getting my New York plates. I am 100% satisfied with both my car-buying experience and the service I received after the purchase. Patrick was there for me before, during, and after the sale, and he truly made the whole experience much easier. Thank you so much, Patrick!
