I would definitely recommend McGovern Ford of Lowell. I just purchased my second vehicle there. It was a used 2022 Ford Explorer my go to sales person is Robert Keenan. He’s very professional, courteous I just purchased my second vehicle there. It was a used 2022 Ford Explorer my go to sales person is Robert Keenan. He’s very professional, courteous and very straightforward. I would recommend him to all my family and friends that were looking to purchase or lease a Ford vehicle. The finance director Chuck Cote is very professional and also straightforward with the financing aspect of purchasing or leasing a vehicle. I have known Chuck personally for many years and I would recommend him also to all my family amd friends. I would also like to mention dealing with the management of McGovern Ford of Lowell was very seamless, and they are very professional, friendly and courteous if anyone is looking to purchase or lease a new or used vehicle, I would definitely recommend McGovern Ford of Lowell over any other dealerships. I just recently had my car serviced at McGovern Ford at Drum Hill. Carlos was helpful, professional, and personable. He explained what was wrong and how they fixed the problem. The price was under the warranty but I had additional service done. It was completed quickly and at a fair price. I definitely would recommend service at Drum Hill. More
