This dealership is “THE PLACE” to go for a vehicle! I was immediately impressed by the professionalism my husband and I received here after walking away from five other dealerships! We immediately felt welcomed there with zero pressure! Not only that but our sales lady, Carol Thorburn was so kind and we felt an immediate connection to her as if we’d been close friends for years!! When it came time to pick up our 2021 Ford F-150 Lariat, Carol took extra time sitting in the truck with us, programming and hooking up my phone to the truck, and explaining in detail all the extra functions my truck was equipped with! Any other dealership made us feel pressured and hurried along… not this place! I urge anyone and everyone looking for a new or used vehicle to not hesitate and go to McGovern Ford in Lowell Mass! We came from over an hour away in New Hampshire and now we will never go to another dealer when the time comes to either trade in or get a new vehicle! They dont do their homework of making sure parts are being stocked before sending someone down to get the vehicle repaired. that don’t only happened once but all the times that I brought my vehicle to get service in these dealership More

Worst business I've EVER dealt with. Took my PERFECTLY running car in for recall work on 5/26/21 (replacement of 3 parts that could cause injury or death), and left with a check engine light! McGovern dec running car in for recall work on 5/26/21 (replacement of 3 parts that could cause injury or death), and left with a check engine light! McGovern decided that the lean fuel code was not related to the fuel tank having been drained, disconnected, removed and replaced, and flat out refused to take responsibility if a hose is crimped or other disturbance due to their work. While there, they did a multi-point inspection, indicating that I needed new tie rods immediately...why would that be, when I had inner/outer tie rods, ball joints, rack & pinion and lower control arm changed and alignment performed 2k miles ago? When I brought this to the attention of the Service Director (who seems in WAY over her head), this is the reply I received: "You keep finding new things to discuss that won’t fix your vehicle." The car passed front end suspension at a state certified inspection station in June, yet Ms. Cray is bothered that I would like to discuss her tech's questionable recommendation? Customer service is NON-EXISTENT here. Check online reviews and RUN from this disaster or you will be sorry! More
