"Second time around-still a pleasure" I recently purchased my second Ford truck (new) from Framingham Ford and it was a pleasure to once again have Jerry Feehily as my salesperson. I will I recently purchased my second Ford truck (new) from Framingham Ford and it was a pleasure to once again have Jerry Feehily as my salesperson. I will only go to Jerry when it comes to buying a Ford vehicle. What has made both experiences so positive is this: no games, no pressured sales tactics, no running back and forth to the unseen magic sales manager behind the curtain and no incessant phone calls. Jerry worked to obtain the vehicle I wanted and for this I am grateful. Additionally, the sales manager and finance gentlemen were more than helpful and forthright in dealing with my questions and acquiring the vehicle. My overall feeling is this - the professionals at Framingham Ford know what customers may have experienced elsewhere and purposely avoid those pitfalls. I have no problem walking out of a dealership but I certainly will return to one given the treatment I received. Thank you Jerry. More

Excellent overall experience I already had great experiences with the service department, and I purchased my first new car from Framingham Ford just two days ago. It was a low-pressure, no baloney, and straightforward experience. These guys aren’t into the hard sell thing. They are honest and will make recommendations based on YOUR needs, rather than their bottom line. I should also emphasize the quality work of the service department. They are not just highly qualified, but, as with sales, honest and direct. No baloney, no pressure to have more service than is needed or to buy parts. My salesman was Brian McNulty. The sales manager was also great - for the first time I didn’t have to suffer through the list of optional packages that “I need.” It was great. Finally, major xxxxxxto Keith in service, who has saved my butt more times than I can count - and that was before I had even bought a car from them! Highest recommendation. More
