If I had questions he would even answer them via text which made things easier to make decisions on my part. I find they came in more then fair with other competitors I visited and I didn't need to haggle back and forth. I would definitely come back to Framingham Ford when my car is up for trade and certainly would use Mike Carroll again without a doubt! More

Low pressure, personalized touch I purchased a used Toyota from Bob Quinton at Framingham Ford in July 2016. The whole process was lower pressure and as seamless as could be. They had a decidedly more personal touch than the mega chain dealers. Bob was very patient and accommodating. We came to an agreement for a fair price on Sunday. I went back Tuesday morning and Bob and I drove to my wife's office to show her the car. After my wife gave the car a thumbs up I went through the paperwork with the Business Manager who was also pleasant and competent. Bob put the car through the shop Tuesday to fix a minor issue with the brakes. When I came back the car wasn't ready because of a fax issue with my insurance company. I settled into the comfortable showroom and got some work done on the complimentary wifi. I drove the car home Tuesday night as promised. I was impressed with how quickly they were able to prep the vehicle for deliver. Framingham Ford was great to deal with and I will likely be back when it's time for a new vehicle. More

Salesperson...sole reason for buying car I recently purchased a used 2013 Lincoln MKX from Orlando Rodriquez. I did my "homework" and found another "like" car at a different dealer but took I recently purchased a used 2013 Lincoln MKX from Orlando Rodriquez. I did my "homework" and found another "like" car at a different dealer but took heed in what Orlando said about an auto being "certified" (which was one of the determining factors for my buying from Framingham Ford) but also how Orlando went over and above what you would think a "typical car salesperson" would do.
