Poor customer service and comminication I scheduled to have a panel replaced in my car and a simple parts replacement. I was told two days for the service, got a rental car and after four da I scheduled to have a panel replaced in my car and a simple parts replacement. I was told two days for the service, got a rental car and after four days of no call from them, I found out they ordered the wrong part and the other replacement wasn't fixed still. When I showed up at the dealership the fixed the part while I waited and I still need to come back for the replacement. It would have been nice to get a call stating a reasonable timeline rather than a bunch of crap to get me off the phone. The dealerships around the Boston area legitimately do not care one bit about their customers and it sucks. I cannot find a dealer that will reliably help me with my ford vehicle. I have now wasted a full day out of work and I still need to Come back for an hours worth of service. Take into account the 1 hour in both directions and there goes another half day because the people just don't care about you. it also would have been nice if someone said they were sorry for all the trouble..... Go somewhere else! More

go to Herb Chambers Ford after sale of brand new explorer needed a seat repaired that had a run in the nylon part. Not fixed to my satisfaction. You buy a $50,000 vehicle it s after sale of brand new explorer needed a seat repaired that had a run in the nylon part. Not fixed to my satisfaction. You buy a $50,000 vehicle it shouldn't have a blemish. I will not take my truck back there for any service. I have taken the plate holder with their name on it off and the Framingham Ford sticker is next. Herb Chambers dealerships no matter what kind of car you get when you bring it in for warranty they give you a loaner car. Ignorant and rude service at Framingham Ford. More
