My Ford Fusion Hybird Experience I purchased my first Ford Fusion Hybrid two years ago from Joe Haberger. He is the kind of a salesman that became a friend. So when I needed another I purchased my first Ford Fusion Hybrid two years ago from Joe Haberger. He is the kind of a salesman that became a friend. So when I needed another I went right back to Joe for my second Ford Fusion Hybrid. In two years Ford has made a lot improvements. He went over everything with me, making sure I understood the new features and safety improvements. I would record mend Joe Haberger and Framingham Ford to all my friends. A very friendly place to buy a car or truck. More

Good experience thanks to Jim Foley Brought my car to Framingham Ford after I had trouble with a Ford dealership in Marlborough for service. My car originally had a type of oil leak, which was made worse after the Marlborough Ford service repair. Frustrated I took my business to Framingham Ford where I asked to speak to the service manger Jim Foley. I explained my frustration and told him I did not want to return to the Ford in Marlborough. Jim Foley was great. He treated me like a valued customer and restored my faith in Ford. Everything was under the powertrain warranty as it should have been, he hooked me up with a rental and Jim explained to me the original repair done by the Ford in Marlborough was done wrong and in fact made things worse-which I was so mad at and yet happy I was told the truth about what really happened! Framingham Ford fixed my car the right way, treated me right as a customer and most of all-honest! Jim Foley the service manager is great and honest, I truly highly recommended their service department. More
New Car Experience Have not bought a new car in many many years. To me was like getting teeth drilled. My sales person , Joey Harrington was awesome. No sales pitch,, talking over me, or pushing this or that. Told him what I wanted, they found me a best match car, FORD EDGE, and I am loving my new car. Great experience shopping with Chris! We were shopping for a vehicle to replace one that was totaled in an accident, and had spent the day browsing at a few places (online and in person) b We were shopping for a vehicle to replace one that was totaled in an accident, and had spent the day browsing at a few places (online and in person) before we checked out Framingham Ford. There was a truck event happening during our visit, with a local radio station onsite and free hot dogs offered to customers. As soon as we stepped on the lot, Chris approached us and introduced himself. When he heard we were just browsing, he gave us directions to navigate the inventory, and handed us his card so that we could ask for him if we had any questions later. Then, he left us alone - free to browse in private. This was excellent, as it allowed us to take a peek at what was available. When we located a car that we were interested in, we went looking for him and he helped us set up a test drive. Chris was great about explaining the benefits of the car, and helped arrange a route that would allow ample testing of the car's performance. Again, in a no pressure and friendly manner, Chris helped us look into pricing on the vehicle, and tirelessly worked between us and the Finance Manager to negotiate a deal that worked for us, leaving us alone and allowing us plenty of time to ourselves to discuss our thoughts during the process. We were not expecting to find a car so quickly, but Chris helped make this happen for us that day - we signed the paperwork, and were able to pick the car up within a couple of days. Chris communicated over email to help facilitate the pickup appointment, and helped ensure everything with our Insurance was all set, too. When we arrived for pickup of the car, Chris was waiting outside for us, and promptly provided a tutorial on the car's features and technology. This was a hassle-free, enjoyable shopping experience, and we would recommend Chris and Framingham Ford highly! We are loving our new Ford Fusion Titanium! More
Brian was great After leasing nothing but BMW's for the last 21 years, I was hesitant to consider anything else. But I read enough good reviews of the 2014 Ford Explorer to consider making the change. I met with Brian Mulvaney, and he was extremely helpful in getting me into the car that met my budget and my needs. There was no BS involved, which was refreshing. He was knowledgeable, friendly, honest and was even super friendly with my 2 year old daughter. I told him priority on features, he got me comfortable with the vehicle, and got me the vehicle at the monthly payment I needed to be at (which another Ford dealership told me wasn't realistic). And when I went to pick up the car he did a great job of taking the time to further educate me about all the features. I highly recommend seeing Brian if you are considering a Ford- he's trustworthy, knowledgeable, and a p[leasure to deal with. More

Jerry Feehily was extremely knowledgeable about all the vehicles and options and was very patient with all of our questions. He spent a great deal of time with us during the selection process, answered many questions by phone while we waited for my Ford Escape to arrive and spent quite a bit of time educating us on the MyFord Touch system as well as all the other options! We recently had some warranty service work completed and the sales staff was just as accommodating! More

Steve listened to what I needed, what I liked. Took me on some test drives and could have easily tried to sell me a bigger truck that what I really needed. He found the PERFECT vehicle for me - I absolutely love my new Ford Edge! Steve has taken tons of extra time with me for everything from answering my questions about how some of the gizmos work to helping me sync my iphone to the bluetooth system. HIghly highly highly recommend going to see him! My entire car buying experience at Framingham Ford and Lincoln was EXCELLENT. Vickie More

However, I was lucky to get Josh Lipoff as my salesperson - he made my experience very pleasant. He was respectful; he was friendly; he listened; and I felt reassured by his knowledge of the Ford market. The gentleman who worked in the business office was another story, however. I felt like I was clearly getting in his way and prohibiting him from leaving work when he wanted. I felt rushed and disrespected. He was good at fulfilling the stereotypical 'fast talking' car salesman role. Is he like this with everyone? Framingham Ford is a great place to make your purchase if you can get Josh Lipoff as your salesperson - he will make your experience a quality one. More
