I just leased a 2013 Ford Explorer Sport from York Ford and found my experience to be excellent. I went into the dealership and specifically asked for Jim Fauci because of reviews I had read on DealerRater and found my experience to be excellent. It only took about 2 & 1/2 hours for us to work out a very affordable lease, fair trade in amount for my 08 Saturn Outlook and a plan to surprise my wife with one of the baddest Explorers I have seen. Two days later I arrived with my wife, who I told that I was denied credit for the vehicle and we were going in to get my deposit. Once there Jim met us and went along with my deception (I have to mention that this was his scheduled day off) and Jim walked my wife and I to the back of the lot to where he had her new Explorer Sport waiting with big red bows and point setters all over the Explorer. I had my cellphone secretly recording her reaction as the reality of the truck being hers took over and she broke into tears of joy. My wife has given me four beautiful children, stood by my side through thick and thin and deserves the world.
