I have been thinking of leasing a new Ford Explorer for over a year and had been to many other dealerships comparing the explorer with other SUV's and comparing price ,size, and features and decided on an over a year and had been to many other dealerships comparing the explorer with other SUV's and comparing price ,size, and features and decided on an Explorer. I went to a few Ford dealerships to get a fair price for my trade and lease price. I met Jim earlier in the year when looking and had retained his card and asked for him when I was ready to pull the trigger. I had a lease price in mind and a trade value in mind they came within ten dollars on the lease price and a fair value on my trade which sealed the deal. They worked with me closely to do the needed paper work and ready the new car promptly. I would recommend York Ford and Jim to friends and hope to have a pleasant relationship in the future. More

My recent car-buying experience at York Ford was absolutely positive from beginning to end. I had planned on buying my wife a new Focus in the next few months, but that plan was quickly discarded w absolutely positive from beginning to end. I am a very busy professional and had to act quickly. Though I had done only minimal research before walking into the showroom, I was quickly brought up to speed by Bob Rios and Bob Bailey who walked me through the available inventory, the car's features - and of course pricing. There was no pressure at all. The next day I decided on the vehicle and came in to discuss trade-in. This was all handled efficiently and straight-forwardly. I took delivery this past Tuesday and that entire process - as well as the tranfer of registration and state inspection which occurred the next day as promised - was stress free and respectful of my schedule constraints. My wife is very pleased with the car's performance, feel and appearance; and I am very pleased with the buying experience at York Ford. I'd like to give special credit to salesman Bob Bailey who is knowledgable, personable, very helpful and very low-key. More

I stopped in to get a nail taken from my tire In the "quick lane" and experienced nothing more than ignorance and disorganization. A process that should take no longer than 20 minutes has taken over thr "quick lane" and experienced nothing more than ignorance and disorganization. I have watched several vehicles enter the lane that were after mine and have also witnessed other customer dissatisfaction. As a new addition to York ford I personally believe that the owner should review the quality of workmanship that these employees are providing. My family uses this dealership and loves the sales department along with the other servIces but believe me when I tell you "Quick Lane" is an unsuitable name for thIs service. More

I just bought a Ford Fusion at York Ford. Wow! What a great car. It has all the bells and whistles you could want and though it’s a used car, it looks and rides like it’s brand new.
