Fitzy walked us through the many features and explained the add-on packages in full. They were all great deals. He helped us to tweak the numbers so that both sides were happy with the end result. It is no wonder that he is a multi-year Gold Master recipient and his title of Senior Automotive Professional was on display throughout. We would also like to mention how easy Ben Dorne made the paperwork feel. The finance folks do a mountain of paperwork! Ben was able to explain each step to us clearly. He was pleasant and jovial the whole time. We know we will be back to visit for routine maintenance and such. We feel confident that the service staff will also be outstanding.
