mislead I brought a Honda 2013 a few months ago the bumper was cracked. The sales man told me it would be fixed before I got it. I put my down payment on it. Only to find out the dealer was lying and just wanted a sale. He told me to call him a few days after I took the car home and he will help me. He moved to another state never answered my calls. I brought the car in to see a manager they just brushed me off. Would not recommend this place. More

Oscar was the only person in 5 dealerships I visited to take the time to explain to me why I was getting the particular rate I was getting and how to improve my credit standing moving forward. He discussed all my options and how each would impact my monthly payment and down payment. I have a more clear understanding of the process and the finances because of Oscar. More

I consider myself a wise consumer and always research the facts before I make a purchase and they have always met or exceeded my expectations. Before I went to the dealership last week, I called ahead to make an appointment with Alex Avenesau, who assisted me with my last lease, and was happy to learn that he had been promoted to Sales Manager. I made an appointment to meet with Alex the next day and he introduced me to Sau Young. Sau showed me around the lot, I selected my new vehicle, we sat down and negotiated a very good deal and I picked up my new CRV the next day! There was no game playing or smooth sales pitches - I felt respected and appreciated for my loyalty, which is why I will be back there again in three years! More

As someone who has never purchased a car before, I probably looked like a pretty easy target for a dealership looking to make a quick buck. My experience at Honda Cars of Boston couldn't have been farther from that. John was professional, realistic with my price range, and respectful. I never once felt like anyone was trying to take advantage of me. John took great care of me throughout the whole process, and Rich was very helpful with all of the paperwork. They talked me through all my possible options without being pushy. I now have a car I'm extremely happy with that won't break my bank account.
