Don't try to get your new car under warranty that has a problem with only 600 miles serviced at any McGovern Hyundai dealer as they will not service it right away even though you can't drive it. I tried McGovern Rt 2 and McGovern rt 93 both said they could not look at it till the end of October! They would not connect me to a service manager just told us there was nothing they could do even though I can't drive the vehicle leaking Antifreeze all over the place. More

Just a follow up to an earlier review that has yet to be posted. Bottom line I called THREE times today to get an appointment for service. I was cut off after holding for several minutes, called back and wa posted. Bottom line I called THREE times today to get an appointment for service. I was cut off after holding for several minutes, called back and was told they couldn't transfer me. They said call in an hour and I couldn't cause I was at work. I called after work and nobody ever picked up. So, I called NASHUA HYUNDAI! They picked up on the FIRST RING. I now have a scheduled appointment to service my car. I may have to drive further, but it's worth it to not have the aggravation and overall disrespect McGovern puts you through. I have gone to this dealership for years when it was Route 2 Hyundai and was very satisfied overall. Sorry to say since the name has changed, the phone number has changed and the overall attitude of the staff has changed. They don't even tell you it's Hyundai when you call. You have to ASK! Btw, I had to wait 6 weeks and call multiple times just to get an oil change with them last time. It's just not worth the hassle. Go to a dealership that WANTS your business and treats you as a valued customer. More
