Good experience, will be returning! I purchased my last car at RT 2 Hyundai so when I thought about getting a new car I immediately decided to go there. I have had a bad experience as a I purchased my last car at RT 2 Hyundai so when I thought about getting a new car I immediately decided to go there. I have had a bad experience as a female at another dealership but I find the personnel at Rt 2 Hyundai to be friendly and polite. It is never an easy experience for me to buy a car but the best experiences that I have had have been at RT 2 Hyundai and I expect to return there in the future. More

My only complaint is the quality of tires they put on cars which wear out before the end of our 45,000 mile lease. We were told Hyundai puts on the cheapest, off the factory line tires and are good for only up to 40,000 miles. The expectation is that we will need to replace these tires which is very costly. Our reason for leasing is to avoid major maintenance expenses, such as tires. I think Hyundai should disclose this fact to leasees so they can factor this cost into the overall price of the lease. More

Another great experience at Route 2 Hyundai! I purchased my first Hyundai (an Elantra Touring) from Route 2 Hyundai back in 2011. When I needed something with more room, I leased a Tuscon in 201 I purchased my first Hyundai (an Elantra Touring) from Route 2 Hyundai back in 2011. When I needed something with more room, I leased a Tuscon in 2013, and just finalized buying out my lease today with Wil. My mother, who has been considering getting a newer vehicle, also left the dealership with a like new 2010 Santa Fe. From the moment you walk in until you leave, the staff at Route 2 Hyundai are friendly, attentive, and aim to please. I don't have a negative word to say about Route 2 Hyundai, which is why I keep going back and continue to refer family and friends. Staff in all departments (sales, financing, and service) are all the best. Thanks Wil for all the help you gave to my mom and myself the last couple of days. We wouldn't want to do business with anyone else! More
Easily the Best Car Shopping Experience Ever I arrived at the dealership and was greeted by Ms. Tucker in a friendly "non salesperson" way which is huge especially since I had visited about 10 de I arrived at the dealership and was greeted by Ms. Tucker in a friendly "non salesperson" way which is huge especially since I had visited about 10 dealerships in the last week to help with another purchase our family had made! I told her what I was looking for and she asked just the right questions in the right way to make sure I would be happy with my decision. After she checked the lot for the make and model I was interested in she brought one around to confirm that the bells and whistles I wanted would work for me (and I knew how to work them) and then we we went inside and after very little negotiating had the deal i wanted! She was very flexible in amending her schedule to mine so we could finalize everything and I could take delivery quickly and she made sure that I knew how all the new technology worked and that any questions were answered! This is the 2nd purchase I've made at Route 2 Hyundai and they are without a doubt the easiest and friendliest group to work with! Thanks again for all your help Darcy! More

Here We go again 3 weeks ago I brought my car in to the Rt. 2 Hyundai to get serviced for obnoxious noise my car was making every time I turned the wheel to the right, 3 weeks ago I brought my car in to the Rt. 2 Hyundai to get serviced for obnoxious noise my car was making every time I turned the wheel to the right, though the part was covered under the PLATNIUM warranty I purchased, I was pressured into buying 4 news tires, front end alignment, dust and adjust my back brakes, plus the fee for mounting & balancing that Joey "forgot" to quote me on so what I expected to be a fee of $544 + change, came out to $644.00 + change. I got a public forum message from a guy name Joe or Johnny, a rep from Hyundai (after I left a disappointing review of the service I experienced,) Joe/Johnny from Hyundai PROMISED to call me and rectify the monetary situation immediately. That call never came nor was the situation rectified. On Saturday my car starts making the same exact noise as it was 2 weeks ago, I was told any noise would be from my front brakes, so immediately I purchased rotors and brake pads and had them installed. My car STILL making obnoxious noise so I show up at Rte. 2 Hyundai this morning at 7:30. I was told there's nothing they could do until FRIDAY!!! The wheel sounds like its going to fall off every time I turn wheel to the right and his response to me when I inquired about a rental was "We cant give you a rental as they are booked weeks in advanced" Um........Do people really foresee their cars breaking down weeks in advance? are there really that many a psychic's in the area? That response made absolutely no sense. Update: Wheel barring broke for the 3rd time in 3 weeks. Still no call to rectify the $100.00 I was over quoted, when Joey/John told me the situation would be rectified, I took that as the situation "would be rectified" and to date NOTHING has been rectified in regards to the $100 I was under quoted. In saying that... I am very pleased with Adam. Adam made sure my car was the shops 1st priority upon returning for the 3rd time. Adam is the only person I will deal with from Hyundai going forward. Thank you for your fast, courteous service Adam, please educate the team not to make "promises to rectify situations" to paying customers, when they have no intentions on making good on their promises. If I did not have Adam as a rep this morning, I can honestly say I would have driven straight to the Chevy dealership and traded in my Hyundai. Adam is the best asset Hyundai has. Adam, thank you for all you hard work in helping me get car fixed, The only issue I have left is that man who bold face lied to me stating he would rectify the monetary situation and did nothing. Adam, Thank you for everything. Your a hard working, HONEST,courteous man who deserved to be recognized for all you do! More
