A little overrated I went to this dealership over the weekend with my fiance. We were greeted when we got out of the car and the staff was very friendly. We had a young I went to this dealership over the weekend with my fiance. We were greeted when we got out of the car and the staff was very friendly. We had a young lady named Megan help us. She was very friendly and helpful. She did not pressure us one bit. I told her what I was interested in, they ran my credit and told me my only option would be a brand new Elantra. I took one for a test drive and decided to see what the finance options were. She brought over the manager, who again, did not pressure us at all. I told him I wasn't interested in spending more than $300 a month. The car was around $19,000. He ran some numbers and told me that my monthly payment would have to be $500 on a 5 year loan, which would end up being about $36,000 total. I told him no way, that's way too much. I explained that I wouldn't be comfortable going over $320 a month. He said he'd see what he could do. Five minutes later, our sales rep came back and he had told her to inform us that with $1,000 down he could get my payments to $350/month. What really made me feel uneasy about this is, being the branch/finance manager, he should have fought for a better rate than $500/month right off the bat. If he could get it down $150 a month over the course of 7 years with a 5 minute phone call, why would he settle for the $500/month in the first place? As much as I appreciated not being pressured, it would've been nice to feel like they went to bat for me a little more. My credit score is pretty low, but being a brand new car with a full warranty, being asked to pay almost double the price is pretty absurd. I will say Megan was excellent, I know her hands were pretty tied but she helped us as much as she could. More

He made me feel comfortable from the time we said hello when I first pulled up. We sat down and talked. He listened carefully to my every needs and wants and within a few minutes he brought out a 2016 Hyundai Tucson was love at first site for me. As always being a Hyundai person Johnny has now made me love the Tucson as much if not more. Thank you Johnny C.. for making car buying painless and stress free. More

Very impressed with the changes Hyundai made to this car. Although we didn't qualify for the entire promotion offer, they made the numbers work for us. Being a Sunday afternoon, I assumed we would come back Monday to get the car. Instead, they stayed open late to prep the car and finish the paperwork so we could drive it home that day. Very pleased with this dealership. More

We went on line and talked to the “internet” sales person who assured us he had the vehicle we were looking for and had a great price. He then called back the next morning before we started heading out to them saying the vehicle was “sold” last night but he could bring in another one for us in 1-3 days and needed a $500 deposit. He also mentioned he found it in black and grey colors. So we drove over later that day only to find out we did not deal with him (Mike Norwood) but rather another associate who was so into the sale she stopped listening to us. We never saw Mike again. We finally sat down to firm up the offer when yet another sales person came over to tell us we could not tow the vehicle (we were going to tow it behind our RV). We showed him the tow apparatus sold by two major towing (RV towing) companies with the untied mounted on this unit. He said “I guess I was wrong”. Before filing out the financial papers they came back and said that there was not another vehicle that that met our needs available anywhere in New England. This was after the internet Manager said he found two). So after wasting 3 hour of our time we left quite frustrated. They should have told us at the get go (before we even got there) that they could not get us “our “vehicle". Needless to say we found the vehicle (actually in the color we wanted) at another dealer 30 miles away. So why did they lie to us. I would NEVER step foot in their dealership again nor would I suggest anyone else does. Bob Konigsberg More
