Visited, test drove, and then worked with great sales team member (Erica A.). She was very patient and put no pressure on us even through our painful decision making process on car color. Start to finish was an easy process. I would have given them 5-stars, but I have to with hold 1-star for two things, the 2nd of which is a bigger factor. (1) Car was not in perfect detailed shape when we picked it up. There was still signs of pollen and pine needles (though Erica did take the car immediately back to the garage for them to fix/clean most of it). (2) The dealers website doesn't show or provide a link to the finer details of some of the incentives. In particular one of the financing incentives indicates $500 cash incentive if financing at certain rates over term listed, but we didn't get the rate listed. When asked we were told if we get the rate listed we lose one of the other $500 manufacture bonuses. Somewhat false advertising if you ask me, its says nothing of the like on their dealer website. Checking with Hyunday-USA web site you can see the incentive details and basically its at the discrestion of dealer finance to decide if consumer gets the rate listed in the incentive. There is no matrix or table for the consumer to understand their potential financial obligation ahead of time. We expected 3.09% and ended up with 4.89%. We have outstanding credit. Cannot see any reasoning on how dealer/manufacture comes up with this result. Buyer beware of the offer and read the fine print (if you can find it LOL!) Overall though and besides that little snafu, I would give them a good-great experience and recommend them to others. More

But what really made our trip to Rt 2 Hyundai enjoyable with having the pleasure to do work with Johnny C. He was very informative and able to easily help us get the deal that worked for us. His professional and yet very personable attitude made the whole trip that much better. It was great meeting a car dealer who sincerely cared for the buyer and wanted to help us get the price that worked for us. She was very professional, knowledgeable and very patient while understanding my concerns between leasing vs buying and she worked very hard to make sure I had the car I was hoping to drive away in at an affordable price.
