EXCELLENT SERVICE I went to Route2 Hyundai to look for a vehicle for my fiancé. My in-laws frequently purchase cars from them. I have never had an amazing car buying experience like this one. Gill checked in with me a few time and ordered a paint pen for a scratch that is in the door. I'm excited about the relationship I will have with Route 2 Hyundai. I will definitely be buying more cars from there in the future. More

We were thrilled to give him our business. Among the Hyundai lineup, I had been looking at the Tucson, but when we determined that we couldn't get the numbers to work (my issue, not theirs), he was perceptive enough to notice my disappointment on having to cut it back to a lower trim to make it work. So he proposed a solution that we hadn't thought of - to get all of the special options and features to which I was accustomed from my previous car (an Acura), he suggested that I look at the Elantra, which would be much more in my price range even with all those options. THAT is a salesperson who understands what is important to that customer in that purchase, and who responds creatively to a challenge - resulting in yet another sale by Brian to our household. More
