I purchased a car back in April and have nothing but wonderful things to say with all people I have dealt with. My initial contact was with Erica. She is so helpful and down to earth. When it was time to meet with Adam, I had more of the same situation with him. They were so willing to listen to and try to accommodate all of my requests. No question was a silly one as far as they were concerned. Purchasing a car from them was a comfortable and exciting experience. I had contact with Bonnie one night, when Erica was off and she too was very helpful. While dealing with finance, Peter was very efficient and explained every option very well. Shortly after my purchase, a situation arose that brought me back to Hyundai and Max Silvera was wonderful. He was so helpful and took care of the situation quickly and professionally and was of such help to me even though he had not even been a part of the initial purchase. John Sedam took such good care of my car and was so helpful with my questions and took care of everything perfectly. I was told by both Adam and Erica that this is a family run business and I can completely see the way they do take care of all their customers as family.
