I purchased my Santa Cruz brand new from Rt 2 Hyundai. Other than my first service everyone has been a nightmare. I was given a card for a free oil change for a good review. Because I wanted to save 79$ p Other than my first service everyone has been a nightmare. I was given a card for a free oil change for a good review. Because I wanted to save 79$ plus tax and disposable fees I did give a review. I lost the card. So I was never able to get the free oil change even though the review was responded to. But let’s talk this service I was missing lug nuts from my tires. They charged over 56$ for lug nuts and labor. This is the only place that has worked on my not only vehicle but tires since I put better tires on same month as purchase and 2 rotations done since tires were changed. I rotate my tires every other oil change. Again all service through McGovern art 2 Hyundai. My advice pay attention to your bill the online pdf that you don’t see all of. When I questioned the 56 something for lug nuts. Well 26 something was what Hyundai charges for parts the rest is labor. So 30$ labor for 26$ something lug nuts. You’re not charged if you question but you need to question this bill that is submitted in your name. I was told the dealership needs to show where things go. Where does this money go ? More
