Extremely Pleasant Experience As an owner of a Hyundai I knew that I wanted my next car to be another Hyundai and had been negotiating with the dealership that I got my first car f As an owner of a Hyundai I knew that I wanted my next car to be another Hyundai and had been negotiating with the dealership that I got my first car from, which happens to be located in the next town from where I live. Then I received a flyer from Rte 2 Hyundai alerting me to their existence and competitive pricing. I decided to take a drive out there and was greeted by Bonnie Carlson who was very friendly and eager to help. I had done my research, and knew what I wanted so really it was a matter of narrowing down a few choices that were available, talking price and deciding whether to buy or lease. At this point in the process I had the opportunity to meet Adam Mician. He knew that in order to get my business he would have to outdo the offer I had from the other dealership and he was very willing to do what he could to make that happen. In the end I got the EXACT car I wanted, my down payment was less, my monthly payments are less and they gave me more for my trade. There was no pressure, no haggling and no hassle. Everyone was professional, courteous and respectful. It was actually a pleasant experience, which is not something you would usually associate with car buying. I'm glad I took the ride. More

This morning my wife and I went back and decided on what color vehicle she wanted. I found the salesman to be very knowledgable about the vehicle. There was no pressure at all from him and I found that he did an excellent job explaining things like difference between the model we selected and the newer 2017 model. We were in and out within a couple of hours with all paper work signed. The most surprising thing was the delivery of the car. As a home health aide, my wife's schedule can be very hectic at times. The only window she really has is 10 or 15 minutes before a dentist appointment she has later on this afternoon. Not a problem, the car will be delivered to her in the parking lot before she goes in to have her teeth cleaned. How's that for customer service. More

I bonded with Johnny first over our joint love for The Walking Dead, and then later over challenging life experiences. I was comfortable right off the bat and felt he really took the time to listen to what I wanted and didn't once try to sway me off course. Meeting Garcia threw me for a loop at first as I at thought it was going to be a tag teamed "good cop bad cop"routine but I was wrong again. We talked about our kids who are only a few weeks apart in age, and shared some inspirational conversation. Ask him about his "glow stick theory" if you get a chance! Kevin made signing the finance papers not scary, not overwhelming, and a simple process. More
