My initial inquiry began with the internet sales rep, Megan Kelly. She was very professional, and clear, in her communication. One of the main reasons I stopped by. After communicating with Megan, I finally was able to come in. Megan introduced me to my sales rep--Johnny. Normally, the car buying process is uncomfortable. But, dealing with Johnny was a fun experience. I layed all my information on the table so there was no transparency on my end. I believe Johnny respected my approach because we were able to work a deal for both parties. Johnny was friendly, respectful, and genuinely nice. In fact, everyone was really nice from management down--a sign of a great team. I'm not a customer who has perfect credit, or a lot of money to put down. Yet, they still treated me as I was their best customer ever. Not once were they condescending about my credit or financial situation. I just got home with my brand new car (drove home same day) and could not wait to give my feedback. I hope this review is helpful to other shoppers! Thank you to the Rt 2 Hyundai team! More

Return Visit I was originally in to have my 2013 Sonata serviced, and while there spoke to Ryan about looking at a truck. He was a no pressure kinda guy who said when you are ready come on back and I'll take care of you. A couple of weeks past and I watch them online and low and behold I saw a truck come in that was right up my alley. I contacted Ryan and within 24 hours was in my new vehicle, without stress, and with a smile on my face. The only thing left undelivered in the deal was the flowers for my wife, from Garcia, but everything else was awesome. Very easy friendly and relaxed atmosphere! All three were extremely helpful, pleasant and genuinely caring. I had only a short time frame to test drive and find the right vehicle to fit my needs. Gill made sure to have them ready for the test drives, while Adam and Kevin worked behind the scenes with the lenders to get me a fair price as well as a great interest rate on the loan. I even had the owner make sure the car was inspected immediately before I left, so I did not have to make a return trip. I have told several people about my positive experience with these guys. It was wonderful and I will buy my next vehicle there, hands down. More
