Outstanding customer service. My fiance and i were looking to purchase a vehical but was having very bad luck until one day we decided to go to route 2 hyundia. From the moment we stepped foot on the lot Roy Mitchell greated us with a big smile and asked if he could help us from that moment on he took really good care of our needs and exspectations. Sat us down and started the sale he made sure we were informed each step of the way informing us of every detail from beggining to end. Knowing it was our first car purchase he walked us through each step and was very attentitive to each question and concern we had. He had the most outstanding customer service we were not exspecting that at all. He was absolutely amazing. I have already told many people about my exsperience and will be telling many more . New Used Vehicle for Me I had been leasing a Sonata 2012 and my lease was comming due. I called Johnny and made an appointment to see him. when I arrived we sat and talked about what I wanted to do. I told Johnny that I did not want to lease and that I was looking for a used SUV for approximetly the same as my going lease. He took me outside to the used cars and about half an hour looking till he found a 2010 Hyundai Santa Fe. we then went inside and Johnny filled out the Paper work. I had my vehicle the next day. I will not deal with anyone else but Johnny. He is very attentive to what you want and does everything to make you feel good about your purchase. Thank you Johnny C. More

Normally I would just by another used car, but I got a letter in the mail offering me a chance to be in a new car. I went to the Dealership where I was greeted by Bruen. Big warm smile, and inviting personality. Like most people I do not trust car dealers, but something about Bruen put me at ease. I told him, and the finance person what I would like to spend. They put their heads together, and came up with a car and plan that I could handle. I drove away that same day with just about everything I wanted. The fact they helped me when no one else would, speaks volumes to me on a personal level. I would not hesitate to recommend this Dealership, and especially Bruen Spiro. Zack was listening, what a concept, a salesman that actually listened when I told him what we were looking for. He brought out exactly what I asked him for. A new white Elantra with no leather. Most places would have brought out an upgraded car, trying to get us to spend more money. Zack took the time to explain new standard options on the car, but never tried to move us toward any other model. After the test drive, my daughter decided it was exactly what she wanted. We then began the negotiation phase. We were introduced to Mikey, and he was very laid back and reasonable. If you are expecting the usual high pressure abuse you would get from a finance guy, you will be happy to meet Mikey. No pressure, no games, no worries. We were done with the negotiations and terms in 5 minutes. Overall, a great experience, and a great product. Thanks Zack, and Mikey,for a great car for a great price. Right away my husband and I were impressed. We went in to start the financial paper work and that's when Bruen began to work so hard for us and it wasn't easy because we didn't have very good credit. He was so nice he offered us beverages while we waited. Bruen and Peter worked very hard to get us financed and into a car that we liked. Finally we got our Hyundai Elantra and we love it. We are so happy we have been telling everyone we know about Rte2 Hyundai. I think we have found our new favorite car. Thank you so very much Bruen and Peter. More
