He took the time to be sure he understood what she wanted and struck a balance between her desire for something very sporty and my interest for her to get something safe and practical. He did such a great job in fact that not only did she get a shiny new Elantra, but I ended up trading in my Ford for a Hyundai Sonata and I'm still thrilled with the purchases! Before coming in person I emailed nearly 20 dealerships in the area asking for a quote. Rte2 Hyundai gave the second best quote. When I came in person and showed my best quote they managed to beat that offer and by doing so they earned my business. When picking up the car, the sales agent (Darcy) was very kind to meet me at the North Leominster commuter rail station and took me to the dealership. This saved more than 2 hours of my spouse's time who would otherwise have to give me a ride to the dealership. More

Easy, fun, and laid back I have never reviewed anything online before but my experience here was so great I had to. I started at another dealership and it was your classic car salesmen that think you are oblivious and they can talk you into a terrible deal. Then I came to rt2 Hyundai and it was the complete opposite. The salesman was very down to earth and talked to us like we were friends not like he was above us. The deal was made very quickly and I left paying exactly was I wanted to. It was a very comfortable atmosphere and overall a great experience and I couldn't have asked for a better salesperson.
