My wife and i came in looking to get into a new car and looking for a good deal. We went to other dealerships and did not have any luck so we stopped by on the way home figured that would be last stop for looking for a good deal. Brian was very nice and very willing to help with what ever he could he answered all the questions we had. He wanted to make sure i got the right car and the right color for the right price. I recently went to Route 2 Hyundai looking to purchase a new car. As this was my first time looking for a new car, I was a little apprehensive at first. I went to Route 2 Hyndai because I was preapproved for a loan through Road Loans. Brian and his finance team were able to get me into a brand new car at a much lower rate than RoadLoans offered. I was able to trade in my old Caddy and got a nice trade in value. Brian was great and I would recommend him and this dealership to anyone looking for quality customer service. After having already determined that I wanted to purchase a new Hyundai Elantra GT, I was doing quite a bit of research on where to purchase the vehicle. I emailed several dealerships in order to gain infor a new Hyundai Elantra GT, I was doing quite a bit of research on where to purchase the vehicle. I emailed several dealerships in order to gain information and was up front about the price I was willing to pay. I wanted to know who had the exact vehicle I was looking for, and who would accept that price. Several of those dealerships performed a textbook "Bait and Switch" after having emailed and assured that they could meet my price, and also that they had the vehicle I wanted. Route 2 Hyundai was the ONLY dealership that I contacted that was honest and up-front via email about pricing, and I'm upset that I contacted them last. I would have saved myself a lot of headaches, travel, and time. I was more than willing to make the hour drive to them to get the price I wanted, and they were fair when negotiating my trade value. I arrived there late at night, they didn't hesitate to assist me. It was no hassle to complete the deal in one night, and I picked up my beautiful new car in the morning. My only complaint is that they aren't just a little bit closer to me so I could complete my service there as well! You won't be upset heading to Route 2 Hyundai. Do yourself a favor and go there first, they will not disappoint. I'll buy everything there for the foreseeable future. I LOVE MY ELANTRA GT!!!! More

The sales representatives were just great. Even through the million questions that I had all three staff that I worked with were more than accommodating. My biggest fear of walking on the lot alone as a young female was not receiving respect or a salesman trying to up-sell me unnecessary packages. However, that was not the case, Brian was more than helpful. His experience was truly conveyed which eased my worries, I knew that I was in good hands. Through the sales process there was no pressure to up-sell, at the time of finance there were some options offered but not pressured to buy. The team truly worked with me to make sure that I was happy with the purchase. When it came to the insurance and the logistics the staff truly helped me align everything, their patience was much appreciated. I have to say that I would highly recommend Brian and Monte to anyone. The experience that was provided exceeded my expectations, even when it came to the finance department. Prior to leaving the lot, Brian took a few minutes to go through the features that the car has on the dashboard; although it was only a few minutes that was the cherry on top for me. His action to go through the features, without me asking, validated that I, indeed, was in good hands. Based on the experience I had, i would highly recommend Brian and Monte to any loved ones. More
