My husband and I purchased a 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe from Rte 2 Hyundai. We had been driving a 2011Sonata which we loved. The reason we decided to turn it in was because of this Nasty New England Winter we Rte 2 Hyundai. We had been driving a 2011Sonata which we loved. Although we loved the car I felt more comfortable driving a 4 wheel drive in all of this snow. This is our 2nd vehicle from Rte 2 Hyundai. When we arrived at the show room Brendan Grier approached us. We were very impressed with Brendan because he did not have that (PUSHY) personality that Sometimes comes along with Car Salesmen!! He was very professional and courteous . He showed us the Santa Fe and explained all of the details in layman terms. I am not a Car Person and do not know anything about them however he took the time and showed me. After seeing our vehicle my daughter fell in love with the Santa Fe. We strongly recommended Rte 2 Hyundai to my daughter. She too purchased a Santa Fe from This dealership. We had spoken to her about Brendan but he was off the day she went in to purchase her vehicle. She too was just as pleased with her salesman. When we are looking for another Hyundai we will definitely be shopping at Rte 2 Hyundai and purchasing this vehicle from Brendan Grier!! P.S. I forgot to say that I had lost a very expensive ear ring in the Sonata about 8 months ago. I was soooo happy when Brendan found it and returned it to me. Usually going to a car dealership is not an enjoyable experience, but we found that not to be true at RTE 2 Hyundai. Our salesperson, Adam, was very knowledgable, professional and best of all he made it experience, but we found that not to be true at RTE 2 Hyundai. what can i say? it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. My husband and I went in to buy 2 cars as this was not any easy feat, it was snowing and freezing. After less than an hour at the dealership, I felt like I had known Lanre for a long time. He almost seemed to be an old family friend. I was nervous about choosing and buying a car, but he made me so comfor had known Lanre for a long time. He almost seemed to be an old family friend. I was nervous about choosing and buying a car, but he made me so comfortable that I began to relax and feel comfortable. He explained my options and was able to answer all of my questions. When I decided to trade in my old car, he even removed the things I wanted to keep and put them in the loaner I drove till the registration on my new car was ready. He took care of everything, including meeting me with the new car when all the paperwork was done. I've had a couple of questions since the purchase and he's been quite amenable about answering them. I strongly recommend him. All in all the experience was excellent. More
