I have to say overall once again I am very satified with my purchase and the service I received. I was given all the provided with answers to any questions I had. Our car was a 1998 Buick Centery custom and when we got it it used it had only 23,000 miles on it.We got it in 2003 and within the 10 years we had it we put over 100,000 miles but we couldn't see the miles after that because the light for the milege went out, then the engaine started to act up, the brakes in the back started to go and it was rusting so bad on the bottom that when we changed the tire it was hard to find a spot for the jack. She was helped by Roy Mitchell (who my mom knew from McDonalds) and she first looked at a used 2009 Hyundai Sonata with 69,000 miles on it and she liked it. She called me up (Robert Sears) and said if I go half on the monthly payment we could get it. I said ok so she came home for me and the title for the buick and we came back right away. He did some paperwork and came back to his deck where we were and gave us some news we didn't expect. He said " I have some bad news and good news. The bad news is that your credit score wont alow you to get a used car because of the rise that come with being a used car, but I can get you in a new 2013 car insted." He showed use the cars we could pick from and we decided on a new 2013 Hyundai Accent black. The payment would be $350 a month with no money down and we could drive it off the lot that day. We decided to wait untill monday so we could clean out the buick and so my mother would be the first to bring it to work ( I was working at domino's in leominster that night and I would have the car and she would have to take and then walk home from her 2nd job). So on Monday Aug, 12 2013 we went to route 2 hyundai around 10am and dropped off our 1998 buick and left satisfied in a new 2013 hyundai accent. I gave the rateing I did because not only were we satisfied we left there with not a used but a brand new car and we were treated nice and fair and had a great time.
