I went into route 2 on the suggestion of a good friend. I had already done some research on some cars and had one in mind that I wanted. When I walked in, I was immediately greeted by Josh. He asked me some questions and was able to answer any questions I had. He never tried to push me towards another car or anything that I didn’t want. He wanted to make sure I got what I was looking for. I had my 1 ½ year old with me; they gave him a balloon and let him play in the cars. Keeping him occupied like that really helped to make things easier too. Working with Kevin was easy as well. I had already been approved for a loan through my bank, but they were sure they could get me a better rate, so in about 15-20 minutes they came back to me with a much better rate. Throughout the process, like most people buying a new car, I had to get up and make a few calls before making a decision. This never seemed to be a problem with them and I never felt rushed. At the end, he had me and my son hit the gong and took our picture in front of our new car. This made me feel more like a person and less like a sale. I never thought buying a car would be this simple. I have no problem referring friends/family to Route 2 Hyundai. And I will be back the next time I need another car. More

I visited Rte 2 lookig for a new car earlier in the year, I met Jason at that time. I did not move forward on a purchase that day but he was very friendly and gave me his card and said when I was ready to c I met Jason at that time.
