I went into Rt 2 Hyundai, hesitant, after having a not so pleasant experience at a different Hyundai dealership. As I drove in, there was an employee standing at the entrance, usually I call these sales peop pleasant experience at a different Hyundai dealership. As I drove in, there was an employee standing at the entrance, usually I call these sales people "Vultures"; however, I was pleasantly surprised by how friendly and welcoming he was. As we spoke, I described what I was looking for and how my last experience had gone. After test-driving the car, it was time to talk money. They were extremely accomodating and willing to work with me on my limited budget. After about an hour, we agreed upon a price that I was comfortable with. Overall, I was very pleased with how I was treated at this dealership and would highly recommend it. More

This was my first experience with Hyundai (was a diehard Toyota fan) so I knew nothing about the cars. I worked with Mark in test driving a 2013 Elantra that I saw on the internet that morning and just had Toyota fan) so I knew nothing about the cars. I worked with Mark in test driving a 2013 Elantra that I saw on the internet that morning and just had to try it. He was very patient and knowledgable and answered every question thrown at him. Needless to say, I fell in love with the car and wanted to take it home. Since I had a trade and specific terms I was looking for, Mark diligently worked on getting everything ready to try and work a deal. Before I knew it I was meeting with Peter Eichholz in the finance office and when he told me that he was able to get me exactly what I was looking for I just about fell out of my chair as I have never had this happen. Peter took the time to explain everything to me in detail, especially the warranties, and again before I knew it I was done and the car was mine! Now since this car has more features than any car I have ever owned, I met with Adam Mician and he clearly ran down everything from the Eco Drive to the Navigation to pairing my iPhone with using Bluetooth so I can stream my music and hands free phone. I cannot say enough about the great experience I had working with this dealership and this group of guys. They were awesome and took care of me, I will not hesitate in recommending my family and friends to them in the future! I should mention that my father, who was with me during this experience and also a diehard Toyota fan, is already thinking about trading in the Toyota they just bought for a new Hyundai! More
