I was looking for a new car for my mother and liked the look/styling of the new Sonata and Elantra. It was my first time visiting this dealership. I was greeted by Brian Smith and we discussed how I was lo look/styling of the new Sonata and Elantra. It was my first time visiting this dealership. I was greeted by Brian Smith and we discussed how I was looking for a new car for my mother. Brian was extremely cordial and showed me both vehicles I was interested in. He arranged for me to test drive both without hesitation. I even came back the next day to drive the cars again and Brian arranged it. We set up a time when I then brought my mother to the dealership to view/test drive both vehicles. When we arrived Brian already had both vehicles ready for her to see and drive. He explained all the features with her and and then had us test drive each car . Brian actually advised that we test drive the car without him so that my mother would feel more comfortable. She actually mentioned to me how having the sale person in the car would make her nervous. To make a log story short, my mother liked the Sonata and Brian was able to provide pricing that was what I expected to pay for the vehicle. I want to emphasize that there was absolutely NO pressure by Brian or anyone else on the RT 2 Hyundai team to close this sale. I do alot of background research before purchasing vehicles which includes looking at the dealerships customer feedback. This dealership showed professionalism from the time I walked in to the time I took deliver, which by the way was within 2 hours of agreeing to the price. I would like to personally thank Brian Smith and the management team for the positive experience in the purchase of my mothers new Sonata.
