Josh and the crew were certainly very friendly and helpful but I'm not sure they went the extra mile to make us fanatical about Route 2 Hyundai. They had a good online price but were not willing to budge to match other offers we had received. We purchased an additional feature that was supposed to be ready by pick-up and once arriving for pick-up we were told it wouldn't be available until later in the week - same with our registration. Understandable, but a call would have been nice to save us a trip as we live 30 miles away. Lastly, there were grease smudges and tape residue left behind by the guy who prepped our new car. Again, not a huge deal but enough to earn them 4s and not 5s. That being said, a highlight of our experience was Samantha, the online sales manager who was very helpful throughout the process - always answering emails in a timely and comprehensive way. All in all, we'd certainly consider Route 2 Hyundai again but it's not a done deal. More
