When I decided it was time for a new car I went looking at several local dealers in my area, but was not satisfied with what I found. The salesmen at other dealers were bossy, rude, and unwilling to negot at several local dealers in my area, but was not satisfied with what I found. As soon as I stepped out of my car the salesman, Zac, introduced himself to me, and asked me what I was looking for. Zac was pleasant to deal with - he has a good sense of humor, and an actual personality (unlike so many other salesmen I've met)! Zac was very knowledgable about the cars on his lot, and was extremely helpful when it came to finding the right vehicle for me. Zac really worked with me to get to the right price, and made the whole process of buying a car easy and fun, rather than frustrating and stressful. I am thrilled with my 2011 Sonata, and I would definitely do business with Route 2 Hyundai again - I've already recommended them to all of my friends and family! More

The only other Non-Hyundai vehicle I own is a Ford Ranger and I would probably own a Hyundai Truck if they made them. The sales staff and management are excellent. They answer all your questions and concerns. They resolve any difficulties promptly and they take any extra steps needed to make you happy.I have purchased eight new vehicles from them in the past eight years and know I can absolutely say they will sell me my next new vehicle. Their customer service department bends over backwards to make sure your vehicle is fixed correctly and expediently. The staff has always treated me as if I were family and that is the reason I keep going back!!! More

We owned a Toyota Prius and was send a letter in the mail stating that Hyundia was looking for Toyota Prius's. We thought the letter was a scam, but we went into the dealer ship and they matched exactly w stating that Hyundia was looking for Toyota Prius's. Johnny was very helpful getting us into a newer vehicle. It was a pleasure dealing with johnny. We are now dealing with the service department, and the experience so far has been fair at best. Found CAT to be bad, ordering new CAT, and will schedule another day to service vehicle when part is in. Called today, 10-4-11, part is not in yet. Told it has something to do about which distribution center it is shipped from????? Service Department will call when part is in. 8 days and counting.... More
