I was not able to get back into contact with him in the agreed upon time-frame, but he called me to check in. No pressure, just personable, professional, and I look forward to buying a car from him in the future. I did not buy because the numbers didn't work for me, but they were reasonable. I have a high mileage car that isn't worth a ton on a trade in. I feel that when the time comes for me to get a replacement for my Elantra, I will make the trip to see Josh again. More

I had gone to Johnny C a few months back to see about buying a new car. My mother and father had bought a car from Johnny and they recommended him to me. When I first met Johnny he was great. He tried everything in his power to get me into a car, but the monthly payment was still above my budget. He was GREAT, no pressure at all and very sincere. He mentioned to come back in a few months (after I had paid more on my car that I presently own) and see what we can do then. Well that is what i did today 9/10/11. I went in, he took all my info, and I gave him my budgeted amount and he made the deal happen! Again, no pressure just a very friendly guy getting the job done! I can't say enough about my exceptional experience with Route 2 Hyundai. I sent a vehicle inquiry via email late Saturday night and received a phone call first thing Sunday morning from Brendan. Within a few hours, I was test driving the EXACT vehicle I wanted from model, color, to added features. I have to say, it was wonderful that the dealership allowed me to test drive the vehicle without an escort from a salesperson. Out of all the vehicles I've test driven, a salesperson has always felt they needed to come along for the ride. Brendan was friendly from the get go and listened to exactly what I was looking for not only in a vehicle, but also in regards to a trade-in, price, and financing and did everything he could to get all those numbers to work for me. I went back in Monday morning so the manager could take a look at the vehicle I was trading in and never in a million years did I think I would be driving off the lot in my new Hyundai Touring that same day! From sales to financing, the staff was helpful, courteous, and aside from signing my name and calling my insurance company; made my purchase effortless. Extra touches such as filling up the gas tank, paying for the inspection, and the 1st oil change for free made me feel that the only thing they weren't providing me with was a chauffeur to drive me around. With Route 2 Hyundai and the assistance of Brendan, I drove off the lot with my new vehicle less than 48 hours of my initial inquiry.
