I went to this dealer looking for an Elantra 4 weeks ago, they didn't have any, I asked what is coming in, they couldn't tell me, I told them what I wanted, they couldn't order it, I asked if I could leave s they didn't have any, I asked what is coming in, they couldn't tell me, I told them what I wanted, they couldn't order it, I asked if I could leave some a deposit so it what I wanted came in it would be mine, they said they wern't taking deposits, it was a first come first serve issue, when I told them I had my own financing, they wanted nothing to do with me....I guess this dealer has completly forgot what customer service is all about....I found my car at another dealer, I guess they didn't want my money at RT 2 hyundai....NO PROBLEM, Ill take it somewhere else.... I had a great experience this past Friday. I walked in upside-down with my BMW to trade for a lower payment, not ever thinking I would be able to DECREASE my payments/gas/car insurance by about $400-500/m upside-down with my BMW to trade for a lower payment, not ever thinking I would be able to DECREASE my payments/gas/car insurance by about $400-500/month. Zach was super friendly, knowlegable and efficient to work with. He seemed much older than 21 years old (maturity and professionalism). This story sounds scary at first but trust me without Route 2 hyundai i would be in deep trouble right now. To start I knew what I was looking for and wasnt sure I could evan get a loan. Brian found me s Route 2 hyundai i would be in deep trouble right now. To start I knew what I was looking for and wasnt sure I could evan get a loan. Brian found me several vehicles that I was looking for and Mikey had the loan processed and a couple hours later I was on my way home with a new to me used car that was a great price. Now to the scary part.I completly understand that no matter how well a mechanic checks a car out for sale things can go wrong "some vehicles more than other" and boy did it happen to my car.So many random things went wrong with vehicle it seemed it would live in the shop. This is the good part of the story.For starters Route 2 hyundai gave me no trouble at all fixing any complaint I had about my vehicle evan the smallest of things which most people wouldn't evan notice.To top it all off without hesitation they put me in a 2011 Sonata so I would not be inconvieced at.AS you might guess at this point I am worried but my salesman Brian,Store Manager Mikey,and Service Manager Jessy assured me things would be solved no matter what and they were right. Also big props to Route 2 Hyundai my vehicle broke down afer the warrenty expired on something that I thought was wrong with vehicle and did not repeat problem for mechanic at the time"Can't fix what ain't broken or acting funny".Well when it did most dealerships would be happy to fix the problem and send you a bill, But not Route 2 Hyundai.These guys repaired my car which would have been and extremly costly repair at no charge to me and still gave me a 2011 loaner car at no cost to me. Would I go back to Route 2 Hyundai? Absolutly! I now bring all my families cars to Route 2 hyundai for service and most definatly will shop for my next vehicle there as well. Thanks to the crew at Route 2 Hyundai not only is my credit back on track but I also have and excellant running 2005 Hyundai Tucson.If your in the market for a new or used vehicle don't waist your time at other dealerships make one stop at Route 2 Hyundai and leave with a nice vehicle,a smile on your face, and the confidence that you will be treated like a king. We entered the showroom expecting to learn about the cars, and left with keys in hand. It was a pleasure spending extended time with Nicole, and she was extremely patient and relaxed. He was informative and it seemed he really had our best interests in mind when it came to extended warrantees and financing. Working with Brian was also pain-free.
