I originally checked out the Hyundai dealership in Auburn, which is closest to my home. Unfortunately, it was the worst of the old style car buying experience at that dealer...they tell you what a bargain your getting, despite the fact that they are pocketing all of the rebate money. So I walked out the door in Auburn and figured I'd check out Rt. 2. My salesman Mark was outstanding. He was pleasant, knowledgable and didn't try to over sell me on anything. I had requested an online quote, and we worked with the numbers I'd gotten from the internet coordinator, Kira. And those were real numbers that matched up with the rest of my online research. We qualified for the owner loyalty rebate because of the Santa Fe we'd purchased in '07 from that dealership in Auburn. But guess what...when the Santa Fe needed minor service, we decided to take it to Rt. 2. We're never going back to Auburn; our dealership is now in Leominster at Rt. 2. More
I had been shopping for a vehicle for a month and was considering a few different makes and models. This is our third Hyundai purchase and we couldn't be happier with these cars. We have had no major problems with our other two so we decided to try again. Since we purchased our second Hyundai the dealership has grown. We wondered if we would get the same friendly service from the now "largest Hyundai dealership in New England". We did. Our salesman, Brian Smith was extremely friendly. We weren't rushed or pressured at all. Best of all we were able to buy the car and take it home all in one visit, thanks to his industriousness!! Although I don't remember his name, the finance dept. did a great job also. All in all a very good car buying experience. We do wish we could've gotten a better price, though. More

I did not feel the “in your face” approach that I think most people have unfortunately come to associate car dealers with when looking for a new vehicle. Rt.2 Hyundai was closed the day I arrived & the vehicle I was interested in wasn’t ready to test drive. I planned on returning the next day. Brian Smith was willing to go the extra mile and offered to take me for a test drive (same car, different color) despite the fact they were closed. This gesture never came across as something he did just to make a sale, but as genuine consideration for the purchaser. I think that warrants extra kudos. I would highly recommend Rt. Hyundai to family and friends. More
I have owned several Hyundais over the years and actually purchased my last one from Rte 2. Brian worked hard to get me to a price that I was comfortable with and went above and beyound to make sure I was happy. I was treated with respect which sometimes doesn't happen when the woman is buying the car. I have used Rte 2 Hyundai for all of my servicing needs even on the Hyundais I purchased elsewhere. When I was looking for a new car, I spoke with Melissa on the phone. She was polite and friendly, and gave me a quote right away. I met her at the dealership, and she showed me around the lot, let me look at what was available, and then we went for a test drive. I was very impressed with her knowledge of the car equipment. The finance manager was very helpful with the paperwork (sorry I forgot his name). I came back to complete the sale, and did not have to wait long at all. I used the Service Center to get an oil change, and the lady at the desk was super friendly and professional. I liked that they had a coffee machine in the waiting area. I stopped at another Hyundai dealer before I purchased my car at Route 2 Hyundai, and while they were friendly, I never got a call back. So due to the excellent service and excellent pricing, I bought my car from Melissa at Route 2 Hyundai. I know have over 70,000 miles on my car and have only had to do oil changes, get new tires and brakes. And a few headlights. But other than that no mechanical problems whatsoever. I am a satisfied customer for sure! I plan on purchasing a new vehicle next year, and of course I will buy from Route 2 Hyundai! More
I purchased two 2007 Santa Fe Limiteds in April 2007. I purchased the first vehicle for my wife. I shopped for the first vehicle on line and received an extremely competitive price quote from Ryan Blankenship within a few hours after letting several dealers know I was shopping for a new Santa Fe. It was the most pleasant sales experience I have ever had purchasing a new car. It was the same when I returned two weeks later to purchase the second Santa Fe. No haggling, no pressure, just straight talk and the Route 2's best price right up front----in short, nothing but friendly courteous service. I have had all the service on both cars performed by Route 2. To date, the service has been superb and all the service personnel have been friendly courteous and considerate. More
Rt 2 Hyundai was very up front with their internet prices. They were reasonable, friendly and respectful of me as a customer. I also feel there should be some perk to owners like a free car wash after the service-for example my past two cars from Peters Nissan in Nashua.....they washed the car after every service-they had coupons for oil changes and big service items More
