Great deal, great employees! I went into Rte 2 Hyundai on a Wednesday with no appointment as I was in the area browsing SUV's. I was greeted by a very kind receptionist who direct I went into Rte 2 Hyundai on a Wednesday with no appointment as I was in the area browsing SUV's. I was greeted by a very kind receptionist who directed me to Garcia Wong, my sales associate. He was friendly, warm, and understanding of my needs. We test drove two cars and he knew everything about each one! We went back to the dealer and after a few times in and out of the business office, I had to leave as it was getting late. He was getting close on the numbers and I told him I'd sleep on it. As I was leaving the parking lot, he came out in the rain and informed me his manager agreed to what I was looking for. I went home, and after test driving a few other models at dealers that were less than personable, I decided to go with the Tucson Night. I sent a text to Garcia that evening, and the next day I came in, signed my paperwork and picked up my new car that evening! The paperwork process was quick, easy to understand, and thorough. Brendon in finance was knowledgeable and kind, even distracting my toddler while I signed all the paperwork. The car was delivered to me clean, and Garcia went through a few more features on the car, and programmed my phone to the car. My drive home was pleasant and I'm looking forward to servicing the car there in the future! Thanks again!! More
