car wouldn't start Initially I was very pleased how service handled my situation, what I was not happy with is when you call a customer, who has been told it is covered Initially I was very pleased how service handled my situation, what I was not happy with is when you call a customer, who has been told it is covered under warranty, go to pick up the vehicle and there is a charge, handle it differently a customer should know that with no surprises. Usually when you have an oil change; you can get a free carwash. My vehicle did not and when I asked service about it I was told usually "we ask the customer" well I wasn't asked until I asked. Observing the vehicle anyone could see it needed a carwash. More
