Unorganized I came in with pre approval from my own bank and they kept trying to make me take their financing at a higher interest rate (for hours). After they gave up trying I brought the check from my bank and a kid delivered my car to me without showing me how it works, and he did not tell me they hadn't swapped my reg. They called to say I needed to sign the check I gave them 3 days earlier. I tried to inspect the car and wasn't registered yet. They faxed a copy if my reg 5 days after the sale and said they would mail me a check for my inspection, but instead mailed an envelope for a receipt first. It keeps getting worse... More
