Scheduled appointment for nothing Scheduled an appointment a week in advance. Dropped off at 7:30 am Wednesday the 19th then called at 3:30pm to see if car was done, only to find out Scheduled an appointment a week in advance. Dropped off at 7:30 am Wednesday the 19th then called at 3:30pm to see if car was done, only to find out the diagnostic was just done and they need more time to find out what is wrong. I asked why it wasn't worked on yet and told that I wasn't a priority because I didn't wait with my car. Why did I schedule an appointment if you take whoever shows up after me. You guys dropped the ball big time. I'm very disappointed. Yes, I was charged a reduced diagnostic charge, but basically got charged for something I could of got free at AutoZone. My regular mechanic will be doing the tune up I asked you to do but didn't get, my regular mechanic tells me I may need to get other things fixed at your dealership, so I will be showing up some time soon, with no notice, but don't worry, I'll plan on staying with my car till it's fixed. I'll be sure to let everyone visiting you that day know how you wasted my time and not to bother scheduling service if you want it fixed that day, because your service department doesn't consider you a priority if you don't stay. More
