Great Brian Smith was a great salesman, I went to another dealership where I was annoyed within five minutes, the salesman was rude. Brian was honest and tried to help me the best he could with my upside down trade in. Had a few ideas on how I could save money. Bought a new car and had it the next day. No matter how perfect I tried to act on my actions and how closely I monitored my credit. My derogatory past was still there making lenders reject my request to refinance. ONLY Route 2 hyundai was willing to give me the best available option to get out of the high interest loan and drive away with a brand new 2017 Hyundai Elantra at a much better rate. UNEXPECTED! Less Time Wasting I really appreciated that when I came to test drive a car I had previously looked up on their website, they didn't pretend to have to go walk around t I really appreciated that when I came to test drive a car I had previously looked up on their website, they didn't pretend to have to go walk around the lot or something to see what they have. They checked their system and went and got the car. There was still some of that "I have to go talk to the manager" when it came time to settle on a price, but ultimately it was about 2 hours from when I got to the dealership to when I left with my car.
