After totaling my previous Veloster, I went in knowing exactly what I wanted in a vehicle and despite being stressed about the whole ordeal of replacing a vehicle, that all went out the window. They entire staff was accommodating to my wants, they even took the time to put my aftermarket wheels on for me for no charge! As a consumer, customer service is a big deal and you get that at Route 2 Hyundai! More

They walk they walk. Did everything they said they would. I tried 3 other dealerships closer to me. I showed them the TrueCar price from RT2 Hyundai and they all said that this was a gimmick and that I would I tried 3 other dealerships closer to me. I showed them the TrueCar price from RT2 Hyundai and they all said that this was a gimmick and that I would NEVER get the price. They all said it was either a loaner or a demo or a 2016 not a 2017. I took the 42 mile drive, looked at the exact car I received the TrueCar quote on and walked out in about an hour having purchased this vehicle for the price quoted, The TRUECar price quoted was significantly lower then any offer either of the other 3 dealerships said was their bottom line price! I would recommend RT2 Hyundai and TrueCar for anyone looking for a new Hyundai. The experience went past the price, the attitude and professional service of all involved, was above and beyond. they even found me a better rate then I went in with! No longer is buying a car a painful experience to dread. Thank you TrueCar and RT2 Hyundai! More
