This was not like other experiences I have had where we spend hours going back and forth to achieve our needs, Johnny took what we said we wanted and worked his magic. In no time, we were signing papers and had our new car! When my wife went the next day to pick it up, Johnny had everything ready for her and went through the car front to back, explaining everything to make sure she knew how to use all of the features of this fantastic car. My Favorite Salesman Johnny C has been at the same dealership for years which I think means he's good at what he does and he likes what he does. It also means he knows the Johnny C has been at the same dealership for years which I think means he's good at what he does and he likes what he does. It also means he knows the product and he has relationships with all the key personnel, including the sales manager and the service manager. So not only can he sell you the car but he can help take care of you after if you run into a problem. I like buying cars as much as I like having my teeth drilled. I don't like long, drawn out negotiations. I don't like high-pressure tactics. I don't like playing games. That's why I like Johnny C. This is the second car I bought from Johnny C, and was a quick and painless process. I got what I wanted in the car and walked away feeling I got a fair price on the car and the trade-in. Johnny is a relaxed and friendly guy, so I almost forgot I was getting my tooth pulled, er, I mean buying a car. He'll be my go to guy next time I trade in my car for a new one. Sidenote: this is my third Hyundai. I feel there a good value for the money.
