Darcy was helpful and knew her produce. I went in with an agenda which Darcy was willing to help me achieve. Though I ended up with a different model I left satisfied. My only frustration is with the cost of getting another key. Darcy has nothing to do with this aspect of this service but I find $200 a bit much for a third key. More

2017 Tucson This is our 4th Hyundai that we've purchased from Route 2 Hyundai. This time we went in because I was t-boned about a week and a half ago and the Ela This is our 4th Hyundai that we've purchased from Route 2 Hyundai. This time we went in because I was t-boned about a week and a half ago and the Elantra was totalled. We went in to see what we could do as we were just getting the insurance payoff etc, Brian Smith was there when we drove into the lot. He was great we told him what we wanted and within 10 minutes or so we were settling on our dream car, the Hyundai Tucson. He took care of everything for us and kept our payment about the same. We have always loved the Hyundai model since our 1st purchase of a 2005 Elantra from them. We will always be a customer of this dealership. Everyone that we've been in contact with is great.
