CURRENT EXPERIENCE After a hand shake on price I came back to dealership so my wife could see the car and I could give a down payment . Upon my return I was told there was a pricing mistake and the price was increased by $500 . Reason given was that a rebate for financing a car was included in original price and had to be excluded since I was paying cash and not financing. Johnny was told THREE TIMES that I would not finance before the handshake on price. Explanation given by another sales person was he didn't know that even though Johnny told me he told the sales manager? We split the $500 and in addition was offered a free car service at 3000 miles. This did not give me or my wife a good impression of the dealership. If reason given is was true then here is area to improve pricing relationships with future customers (accurate pricing before handshake). More

My experience I arrived on a Sunday , late morning in the pouring rain. I was greeted immediately by Bonnie Carlson. After it was determined the exact vehicle I would like to test drive, we walked to the lot while she held an umbrella over my head. She pulled a windbreaker hood over hers, not caring if she was getting wet. I was impressed by the fact that she took me on a road that was typical of everyday driving. It had been patched many times, and although bumpy, was not uncomfortable, and gave me a good idea of the cars handling on that type pavement. Needless to say I love the Veloster and took delivery several days later.I am looking forward to driving this vehicle for the three year lease, and if conditions are right re: quality,durability, dependability, economy and financially,Perhaps I may purchase it at the end of the lease term. I wanted a simple hatchback, with manual transmission. I never expected a vehicle so sharp looking whose looks I absolutely love! I have the base 132HP engine. I have just 120 miles and am averaging 38mpg already!! More
