My 1st Service appointment after purchasing a new Genesis. I was greeted promply and curiously upon arrival. I brought my new R Spec into service and oil change for the first time. Richard Pearson was attentive, courteous and friendly. He took my car in right away and provided me with very nice accomodations wh the first time. Richard Pearson was attentive, courteous and friendly. He took my car in right away and provided me with very nice accomodations while I waited. The dealer has a dealership next door with a 50s style diner, and it easy to have a nice meal while you wait. I plan on taking my car to Bernardi for service even though there are Hyundai dealers closer to my residence. More
It was a pleasure deali.g with Richard and your dealership. I did not get hasseled by pushy sales people while I was waitingfor my car. Also they bent over backwards to accomidate my needs. The trade-in price and new car purchase price were agreed upon, which went well. I was happy with both numbers, however while being offered a series of 5 add-on service plans I found out I wasn't offered the upon, which went well. I was happy with both numbers, however while being offered a series of 5 add-on service plans I found out I wasn't offered the lowest interest rate possible. That was a greatly disappointing discovery on what would have otherwise been a fantastic experience. More

I wish I could rate Bernardi Hyundai higher than a 5, they deserve it! Allan Palmer was beyond helpful in helping me pick a car, and when I finally decoded on one, Patrick Coffey worked with Allan and I they deserve it! Alan is a great representative of the dealership. I've had both of my cars in for service and the quality of work, value, and attention to detail are simply excellent. However, people are what makes a dealership special and Alan exemplifies quality support through and through. His associates share the same sense of customer commitment. Other service representatives and the people who transport you when you need a lift are all friendly, helpful people. Simply stated, they do their job very well, they get it right the first time, and they provide their service in such a friendly and supportive way that you believe they are sincere. Every employee I've me is really enthusiastic about the dealership and its growing customer base. We purchased both of our Hyundais at other dealerships (simply because Bernardi wasn't around at that point). I can tell you our next car is being purchased at Bernardi. If the Bernardi sales team is as good as the Bernardi service team, it will be true.... "Bernardi for now.... Bernardi for life". More
