My family has bought 2 cars here in June and the Sales process was wonderful. But today, I would like to call out the Service Team of Alan, Jeff and Rich who have been exceptional in taking care of us dur process was wonderful. But today, I would like to call out the Service Team of Alan, Jeff and Rich who have been exceptional in taking care of us during the various routine service appointments. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The refreshments are greatly appreciated especially the food at Jimbo's Diner on site. The work was well done and delivered on time! Highly recommended. More

Bernadi Hyundai is the Best dealership I have been associated with. When I go in for my weekly carwash Richard always ask me how am I doing, how is the car etc. Richard sometimes goes beyond my ex associated with. Patrick Coffey made sure I got my car for the price that worked for me and my car was delivered on time. They even sent me to their Honda store next door. They have a 50's style diner inside. I had lunch and when I was done my car was ready. They even offer free car wash's for life. Bernardi Hyundai was the BEST car buying experience I have ever had. More
Everyone was great and not pushy at all. They worked with us to get the best deal, interest rates and as a result we purchased two new vehicles, a 2012 Tucson GLS and a 2012 Sonata SE 2.0 T. They also knew their product, explained their options and set us up with future service. This is my girlfriend Sheryl's second Hyundai. My husband and I visited Bernardi Hyundai to look at used vehicles upon our arrival we were greeted by J.D. Janes an outstanding sales person. He was able to answer all of our question about the vehicle, and if he could not answer one he immediately left to find out an answer. He made us feel so comfortable for this reason i would defintely recommend Bernardi Hyundai. Just tonight I ran into a problem with the XM-Sirius radio on my vehicle and I called to speak to J.D. and he took care of the problem right away. He spoke to his managers Patrick Coffey and Charlie Zeltner and there was call placed to XM-Sirius by them on my behalf and within 15 minutes time my XM radio was back again. I definetly feel that this dealership and staff truly have my best interest in mind. More
I just purchased a new 2012 Hyundai Elantra a few days ago. Allan Palmer helped me out and was very courteous. He showed me the coffee and lounge area and even gave me tokens for lunch while I waited. He went over the whole car with me before I took it home, inside and out. He also set me up with my next appointment for an oil change and showed me where to go when I bring it there for service. I would definitely recommend Bernardi Hyundai to others and was very pleased with my experience there. More

The first snowstorm of the season left her looking a little sad. Free car washes...what a great perk! I was barely in the door, when Allan Palmer spotted me, and immediatley came over to me to see if I was enjoying my car, and if there was anything else he could assist me with. I mentioned that I was still having difficulty registering with BlueLink. Before I knew it, he reappeared with reinforcements... J.D., he was familiar with the glitch in the program, and had my registration completed in no time. It is such a pleasure to deal with such a terrific group of people. More

I arrived at the dealership in a car that was equipped with "bells & whistles" and he immediately picked-up on that point and suggested 2 choices that fit the bill (Red Elantra & Blue Sonata) The 2012 Indigo Night (Blue) Sonata won!! We were escorted into the very comfortable Lounge area to begin paperwork, and offered beverages as we proceeded. This has been, by far, the most enjoyable and stress-free experience, when buying a vehicle, we have ever had. We are over 60... so we've purchased a lot of cars over the years!! Next it was on to the Business Manager Gido Goncalves. He was very pleasant, friendly and efficient. The paperwork was completed, signed and explained in a reasonable amount of time! Arrangements were made to deal with my insurance broker and the Registry, making it very convenient for me, as I would have had to take a day off from work to do these things. Did I mention...I Love my new Sonata!!! More
