Once we developed the right car that I had been looking for, Rick located the car in the color & configuration we had talked about and had it delivered to my driveway bu the end of the week. I literally had to do nothing. Rick made a tedious & cumbersome process seem effortless. Additionally, Ocean Subaru beat the price of several other competitors on the same vehicle who all claimed they have the best price - shop us last. My next Subaru will come from Ocean. More

We began our search on line and were very pleased with Ocean Subaru's quick response to all our questions. They were respectful by not bombarding us with continuous messages (like other dealerships). When they had their end of the month sale, we did receive an email giving us useful information. On entering the dealership, we met Cheryl. She was knowledgable,, helpful and extremely patient. She let us test drive all the vehicles we were interested in and would then give us privacy to discuss our options. We did buy a new Impreza and she explained all it's features, until we were very comfortable with our new car. If we ever had to purchase another car, we would BEGIN our search with Ocean Subaru! I even gave Cheryl a big hug when we were leaving!!! More

The salesperson who greeted me at the door, Laura Leary, took me from an interested consumer to a purchaser of a new Subaru. She took her time to not only answer those questions I had that first day, but a took me from an interested consumer to a purchaser of a new Subaru.
