I have been a customer with ocean subaru since 2006 and my expectations have allways been exceeded. From customer service to sales people to the people working on the vehicles out back. I'm alllways greeted profeesionaly and treated the same way, wether it might be on the phone or chatting with a sales rep on the showrom floor. Any question I have is greeted with a willingness to meet my everyneed. It is always a pleasure working with the professionals @ ocean subaru and that is why have continued to be a loyal customer and shall remain so for many years to come. More

I went into the dealership to check out a 2011 Subaru Legacy I found on the web. I left soon after with a great deal on a car I was in love with! Andy was very patient with my uncertain manner and happily jumped from one car to the next. With honest knowledge and support, he helped me narrow my focus. Once I knew what I wanted, Andy and Mark worked to be sure I got a great deal while including what I wanted in the car. It was nice to buy a car without feeling pressure while working towards a more than reasonable deal; Mark was persistant in making sure payments worked within my range. When I went to pick up the car, it was beautifully detailed and ready to go. The paperwork process was stress free and simple, allowing for an enjoyable experience overall. From start to finish, I appreiciated the "family like" customer service. This is the second Subaru purchase I have made at Ocean Subaru. Aside of purchasing vehicles from this lot, I use them for most all of my car services because of the friendly and reasonable maintality throughout the dealership and service center. Everyone is very friendly and helpful, it is clear the mission of Ocean Subaru is to have their customers leave satisfied and return again and again. I DID MOST OF MY HOMEWORK BEFORE BEFORE HAND AND THEN USED EDMENS.COM AND TRUECARE.COM TO GET DEALER OFFERS FOR THE IMPREZA I WA MY THIRD NEW SUBARU. This dealership sold me a bumper to bumper warrenty that was cancelled Dec 29, 2011 and I was told my refund would be returned in a couple of weeks. It has been over six weeks and Mr. Donald (SKIP) Leclerc was cancelled Dec 29, 2011 and I was told my refund would be returned in a couple of weeks. It has been over six weeks and Mr. Donald (SKIP) Leclerc cannot tell when or why my refund has not been forth comming (over TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS) In my humble opinion this person and the entire "Bumper to Bumper" program cannot be trusted to be upfront and honest More
