My wife and I were looking for a new car and we were just dreading the experience. I did my homework online and had 2-4 models I was interested in. Once we stopped at Acura of Libertyville and began to work with Luigi, we knew this experience was going to be different. The 2013 RDX was just what we were looking for, and with Luigi's assistance, it jumped to the top of the choice list. We went to another dealer that same day and after speaking to two dis-organized sales staff, and walking the lot for a couple of minutes, we just left (didn't even bother to test drive anything) and went back to Acura. The price was pretty non-negotiable and I did have to wait for a future delivery, but it was well worth the wait. Not once did we feel pressured into making the purchase and upon delivery even the paperwork process was smooth (thanks to Eric). This experience is what car buying should be like!!
