This is our second new car and our family has purchased a total of 6 new cars over the last 3 years or so. The Acura cars are absolutely the best we've ever owned over a period of more than 60 years. James Won was great to work with, persuasive while not being pushy. He was friendly and encouraging, understanding what I was looking for almost immediately. The one thing I didn't appreciate about the dealership was the fact that there were a number of people standing around talking with each other, people who worked there, and not a one of them said hello when I first walked in nor did they ask if they could help or be of service. I'm used to being greeted immediately upon walking into a dealership and I did not appreciate that part. Also, it was someone coming out from another room who immediately noticed me and asked how he could help. When I told him what I wanted he asked me to wait for just a moment while he got James. After that the treatment was great and James was especially nice to work with. I'd send any of my friends to him when they are looking for a car. I'd go back to this dealership again in the future, too. More
