While it too was a nice car, all we had to hear from the guy at the Infinity dealer ( who knew my prior Acura was from Acura of Libertyville) was his own admission that his competitor, the Acura dealer, has great service, my search was over and we decided to stick with our gut and buy our 3rd Acura from Acura of Libertyville.
