I have given this dealer a high rating due to the honesty and patience of Scott Weidner. I never dreamed I could have walked out of that dealership with such a wonderful used car with many features that I di and patience of Scott Weidner. I never dreamed I could have walked out of that dealership with such a wonderful used car with many features that I did not think I could afford. It is the nicest car I have ever owned and I absolutely love driving it. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and I was not pressured in any way to buy new, or to look at cars I could not afford. I feel that Scott was more than patient considering that I test drove two of the four cars twice and it took me quite a while to make up my mind. I have not had much experience in car buying, but this was by far the most pleasant experience I have ever had. I can recommend Acura of Libertyville without reservation and would especially recommend Scott Weidner. More

He should be training everyone else in how this experience should be handled. In the end we bought a 2009 RL that was in mint condition, that Scott brought to our attention, and we never have even thought of buying a used car. We love the car, and Scott was great. Sales is always a fair price without pressure. Service- In fourteen years Problems have been rectified in one visit. Both sales and service personal are like dealing with really GOOD friends. More
I had been looking for a White Lexus Is250 for some time for my wife. I found what we were looking for at Accura of Libertville. I worked with Luigi and James on the phone and Charlie when we finished the p for my wife. I found what we were looking for at Accura of Libertville. I worked with Luigi and James on the phone and Charlie when we finished the paperwork. The experience of dealing with both James and Luigi on the phone was unbelievably great. Then when we arrived Friday around 3pm Luigi had my wife at the moment he came out the door his professionalism and courtesy was outstanding. My wife had never been in Chicago and Charlie was amazing on his directions and advice on how to get downtown and where to stay in Libertyville. Then to top it off on my way home Saturday James contacted me and made sure everything went well Friday and that we were happy with the purchase. For us being out of state that said a lot about your staff in my opinion. They are more than the typical salesman, they want to make sure that the customer is taken care of which means a lot these days. I would highly recommend your dealership to anyone from any state. My husband and I bought a 2008 Acura MDX. It is actually the car I drive and I am really comfortable doing so. We traded in my 2003 Signature Lincoln Towncar. Here in the northern suburbs of Chicago, Il, it the car I drive and I am really comfortable doing so. We traded in my 2003 Signature Lincoln Towncar. Here in the northern suburbs of Chicago, Il, it is soooo important to drive a vehicle that you are comfortable in and feel safe during winter driving. James Won demonstrated the Acura and took us on a test drive to show us how it drives and how comfortable it is. He showed us the features on our Acura. This was something I did not get before. Sooooooo important to me! Bruce (and his crew), in the garage, added the things we purchased for the car. When I went to pick it up, Bruce explained thoroughly how everything worked. I liked the idea that they gave me another Acura (at no additional cost) to drive while mine was having work completed. We also attended the dealerships monthly owners clinic and learned even more about our car. This was so important for me. I believe I understand all the features of our car and am immensely satisfied!! More
