I needed an express oil service. I had a busy week but had only certain amount of time to get an oil change. Matt was the service advisor I had worked with while Bruce was unavailable or off. After the paperwork and explanation of work being performed, I went to the lounge. After my short wait in the customer lounge, he came to talk to me about my car. I have had a long ownership of Acuras. I had owned 3 Acura Integras and moved up to 3 Acura TLs. They all had been and are excellent quality cars. What has brought me back to Acura, besides their quality and the advanced-high performance, is due mostly with my experience with Acura of Libertyville. I have had excellent experiences with Acura of Libertyville. I had my last Integra serviced at Acura of Libertyville. Bruce, the service advisor was the master tech at the last or the other Acura dealer I had purchased my 3 Integras. He was "THE MECHANIC" to go to, and he was the one who had maintained my cars. He moved to Acura of Libertyville and became a service advisor. He has excellent knowledge of Acuras. So I have kept him as my service advisor and became a loyal customer of Acura of Libertyville. The many years of my service experiences at Acura of Libertyville were all positive. All the service advisors are professional and yet friendly. Shelly, the service manager is awesome too! She is easy to talk to and is very personable. She is knowledgable and helpful. I had recently purchased/leased my third Acura TL from Acura of Libertyville. All due to the help of Jerry Solan. Jerry is accomodating, friendly, professional, curteous, and honest. He is very helpful and goes the extra mile for the customer. All the purchasing experiences were positive and excellent. There is no "sales pressure" here. They make car-buying experience easy and stress-free. Thus I highly recommend Acura of Libertyville for your purchase and servicing needs. I was looking for a pre-owned TL and stumbled upon this dealership. My first contact was James in Sales and he was WONDERFUL. I told him exactly what I wanted and what I wanted to pay. Once I got to the dealership, the car was exactly as he said. There was no haggling (which I absolutely loved) and within one hour I had purchased my vehicle. Unfortunately a few days later I had a minor accident. The staff was so accomodating. They got my car in the very next day, arranged for me to have a loaner car, and did a great job repairing the damage. Andrew in the Body Shop was extremely helpful and the price was very satisfactory. Bruce in the Service Department also oversaw my service. This dealership is a great dealership, and has high standards for both the new and old cars they sell, while other dealers in the area believe working air bags are optional in used cars. I took a visit to Acura of Libertyville and found the sales person to be very knowledgeable and courteous. Few weeks before I had went to the Libertyville store I had went to the hoffman estates Acura store looking for info about the updated TSX. The salesman's body language was as if he did not want to help me and getting the info I wanted was like pulling teeth. I would strongly recommend any one seeking to buy a car to come and check out Acura of Libertyville because of their amazing customer service and honesty.
