We then started our MDX hunt from this dealer -- less than 5 miles away. Shane Lyon was the salesperson. He is very patient, polite, knowledgeable and honest on the cons and pros of this vehicle. Well, I have to say I am well-educated on the targeted model due to my research. Finally, his patience and cooperating attitude have nailed this deal with us! More

James was very good about letting me know the differences in the RDX packages that were available. We selected the right car and from there it was a breeze. He had Joe in Financing who handled that portion start right away after filling out my application , the guys in back prepped the car. I signed a few things here and there between talking to Eric Leys and Mike. Other than being in and out quickly with our new car....the simple fact of not having to do the back and forth...I knew where I thought I should be on the car and it was right there almost immediately. I walked away with a better car than the Honda Pilot that we otherwise looked at for less hassle and less dollars put forth. It was a win-win.
