We leased the Crystal Black Pearl for my husband and returned the following week for the Slate Silver Metallic for me. 2015 TLX I purchased my wife her MDX after visiting many dealers. She test drove a Nisan Pathfinder and liked it. I took her to Acura of Libertyville to test d I purchased my wife her MDX after visiting many dealers. She test drove a Nisan Pathfinder and liked it. I took her to Acura of Libertyville to test drive one of their SUV's. I purchased my last Acura from this location, and couldn't have been happier. My wife doesn't have much experience with buying a new car, none actually. She walked in the door, and spoke to the first sales man she found. Her first words to him were, "I want to test drive this MDX". Shane Lyon, with out missing a beat, said "OK, lets go look". My wife had no clue what she was doing. But, Shane was very patient with her and answered all of her questions honestly. Which is HUGE for her. She told him about the Pathfinder and what she liked about it, what she didn't, and what she wants. Shane put her in the car of her dreams! She is so happy! She enjoyed her interaction with Mike Hatch as well. Her father is a hunter/fisher, and she and Mike really hit it off. She also had a great time with the finance guy, Joe. He told her about his dogs and he was very patient with her questions as well. I truly appreciated the whole experience for her, as this was her first "very own car". She is so happy! So, of course, I couldn't just let her have all of the fun! A few days later, I also purchased a new Acura TLX. Shane as my sales man, Mike, my wife's new best friend, who dealt with my trade in, and Joe, our funny dog loving finance guru. I can't begin to express my gratitude for this dynamic trio's professionalism, attention to detail, and patients with my wife and me.
